A sea, a ship, the waves and the ground

I am on a ship, at the center of the sea.
All I see is water, it’s all around me.

I feel so small in this huge world. There’s no one to be found when I look around. Just a million stars shining on the ground. I’ll never know just how far’s too far.
But I’m gonna go as far as I can.

If I will reach the shore,
I will paint a picture with you in it. I know the waves will wash it down.
But it will live in the water, even when I am in the ground.
